Established in 1987, the Wellknown Group began its journey with Wellknown Textile Industries Ltd (WTIL), followed by Wellknown Polyesters Ltd (WPL) in 1996. The company is one of the largest integrated Polyester Filament Yarn (PFY) producers in India and specializes in dyed polyester and air-textured yarn. With a continuous polymerization unit in Daman, they boast an annual production capacity of 450,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA).
